A New York Cider Country Recipe

Cinnamon Apple Cider Jelly

Ingredients

1 quart cider
1 pkg. pectin
4 1/2 cups sugar
1/3 cup red cinnamon candies

Directions

Combine cider, pectin and candies in large saucepan. Bring to a full boil.
Add sugar, bring to a full boil and boil two minutes. Remove from heat and skim off foam.

Pour into jelly glasses and seal with paraffin.
